The Irish B&B Owners Association launches the "Blue Circle Club" - a place (website) where discerning B&B Guests can book directly, avail of unique discounts and special offers that are only available to members. The club also features "hidden Retreats", those B&Bs that are of the beaten track in quiet, often scenic places. The club is also a portal for travel agents worldwide and B&B Owners provide these with special trade discounts.
